Imprimis is excited to be partnering with a prestigious and growing real estate development firm seeking an HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years HR experience and have recently used iCIMS as an ATS system. The client has grown to 2000 associates so strong experience with employee relations and ability to communicate with all levels is essential. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business or Human Resources
5+ years of HR generalist/business partner experience
iCIMS experience required
UKG experience, a plus
Proficient in the use of job boards and social media recruiting initiatives.
3+ years of supervisory experience
Professional presentation and communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associates, including C-Suite
Excellent planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detailed orientation and ability to effectively multi-task highly important
Average proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) skills, a plus
Essential Functions:
Manage talent acquisition strategies, including optimizing various sourcing methods (job boards, postings, job fairs, digital marketing, etc.)
Lead employment branding initiatives
Manages the onboarding process for all new hires
Assists with recruitment efforts for Corporate job openings
Oversees background checks for company and legal compliance and consistency, including adherence to FCRA
Maintains and assists in writing job descriptions to ensure accuracy and legal compliance
Work closely with management and associates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase employee engagement, productivity, and retention
Provides guidance on associate relations matters.
Provides assistance to managers in writing counseling documents with effective action plans.
Assists with Corporate exit interviews
Manages orientation to new corporate hires.
Communicates and administers company HR policies and procedures for all personnel
Maintains current knowledge of laws affecting employment and HR functional areas.
Produces HR related reporting, such as HR metrics, turnover, performance and employment data
Maintains strict confidentiality of all personnel information.
