Medical record keeping procedures, office terminology, procedures and equipment, medical terminology, the disease process, regulations governing the maintenance of medical records, the standard classified nomenclature of diseases, ICD-9-CM, ICD-10, CPT, E/M and Behavioral Health terminology. State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality laws; Drug-Free Workplace Policies; Workplace Violence; Corporate Integrity & Compliance Program; Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health; Customer and Personal Service; Mathematics; Education and Training; Clerical; Computers and Electronics; Reporting.
Skills:
