The Human Resources is primarily responsible for state and federal compliance, employee benefits, safety programs, investigates accidents, onboarding new employees, recruitment for staffing structure and company culture.

The Human Resources will report to the CEO and President and management as needed to perform the job and satisfy the goals and expectations of the Employer.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Human Resources Expectations:
Execute Company Human Resource policy in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Attend professional HR training to keep current with state and federal regulations.
Manage employee personnel files.
Responds to employee’s benefit questions, resolves problems regarding access to or payment of benefits.
Orients newly eligible employees, and processes enrollment forms and change requests.
Prepares and maintains human resources and employee benefits data and reports
Administers safety programs, investigates accidents, and prepares reports.
Help guide new employees through the hiring process. Process new hire/welcome packets and on-boarding.
Manage employee health care offerings and enrollment.
Coordinates employee benefit programs including but not limited to health insurance, long term disability insurance, COBRA, FMLA, WA Family Leave, etc.
Respond to wage/employment verifications and DSHS & ESD information requests
Manage WA ESD unemployment requests and L&I Injury Claims.
Maintain employee and Company confidentiality.
Process new hire I-9 information
Perform background checks
Follow disciplinary procedures, up to termination
Coordinate with recruiting staff
