The Benefits Manager will lead and execute a wide array of diverse and complex benefit offerings to the employees of Behavioral Health Network. The Benefits Manager will oversee the day-to-day administration of all benefit and leave of absence related matters, including employee inquires, policies, oversees and has extensive knowledge in the areas of MA PFML, FMLA, ACA, ADA and ADAAA. The Benefits Manager ensures benefit and leave programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and are cost effective and provide minimum value in accordance with the Affordable Care Act regulations. Benefit programs include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance, leave management, retirement plans, flexible spending, wellness, employee assistance, and other additional voluntary benefits.
Additionally, the Benefits Manager will be experienced in handling complex employee relations challenges, including but not limited to conducting confidential workplace investigations through a social justice lens. The incumbent provides guidance in interpreting and enforcing human resources policies & procedures to employees and managers. Reviews and counsel’s managers and supervisors regarding employee-related issues and advises on when progressive corrective action is suitable while keeping in compliance with existing policies, procedures and the law.
