Must Have
: 1. 5+ Years of Overall Human Resources Experience
2. 3+ Years working with Employee Compensation
3. Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, X LOOKUPS, etc)
4. Skilled Healthcare Recruiting
Day to Day: You will partner with the HR Director and one other HR specialist to divide the overall HR functions of a 250+ employee organization. Your daily routine will vary from tackling Employee Relations issues, doing heavy Compensation Analysis, creating detailed hiring forecasts within Excel, Recruiting Clinical Healthcare talent, to producing from scratch new handbooks and other HR related materials. This position will be slated to take over the HR Directors role once they retire in 5 years.
