It is preferred that the candidate have a minimum of 2-5 years experience in an HR role and at least minimal 1 year experience in a hospital setting.
Candidate must be experienced in relevant employment laws (i.e., Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ADA, FMLA, etc).
Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources preferred but experience considered in lieu of formal education. SHRM-CP and/or PHR also preferred.
