Primary Responsibilities may include the following
o Safety
– Plant Safety Requirements/Safety Assessments
– 5S where required
o New Business/Account profitability
– Support development and growth of new Ford Business
– Development of new services, implementation and management of assigned customer programs
– Utilize financial data to improve profitability
o Management responsibilities
– Performance reviews
– Hiring, training
– Job descriptions, training and competency accuracy (Program wide)
– Address disciplinary issues
o Customer relations
– Responsible to manage key customers relations
– Responsible for program problem resolution
– Resolve customer issues when required
o Management of Program Metrics
– Develop, meet and manage customer metrics, program expectations, SOW’s alignment
– Customer Cost Savings Requirements
– Assist in preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews for all assigned facilities
– Support customer, supplier & SourcePRO reporting needs
o Ensure Customer Process & Procedures are followed and resolved for all rolls and position
o SourcePRO Accounting
– Responsible for all Ford invoices/invoice process
– Manage overall Ford AR processes
o Special Projects and other miscellaneous activities as needed
Requirements
o College degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial Technology or Similar Vocational education is required.
o Advanced Business Degree is preferred
o Five years or more, related industry experience
o Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
o Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
o Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
o Working knowledge of industrial material, is required
o Advanced experience with MS Office programs required
o Knowledge of human resource principles and practice
o Strong analytical skills
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Out of town travel as required to support new program launches
