Position Title: Administrator Business Analyst
Location: (Remote)
Start: 1/09/2023
Duration: 12 Weeks Contract
Shift: 8 Hr Shift
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
· Min. 3 years’ experience in developing, analyzing, delivering, and measuring training programs
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, organizational Development, or related field
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under general supervision is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support services, such as organizing, conducting, and monitoring special projects and/or reports, interpreting and communicating procedures, managing incoming and outbound correspondence, establishing and maintaining record-keeping systems, maintaining schedules and the like.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Assists in the preparation of reports.
2. Performs routine and non-routine information gathering.
3. Completes complex calculations.
4. Completes a wide range of clerical duties.
5. Receives, reviews, and screens incoming correspondence, reports, and memoranda.
6. Resolves and responds to inquiries and discrepancies
7. Arranges and schedule meetings/conferences, interviews/appointments, and traveling; maintain superior’s business calendar.
8. Plans and implements office practices and procedures.

A. Education / Training:
Requires a level of knowledge normally acquired through successful completion of a one-year formal secretarial training program beyond high school or completion of an Associate’s level program in business/office management.
B. Work Experience:
Requires two to three years of progressively more responsible secretarial experience in order to acquire the necessary experience-based knowledge to provide (a) secretarial support functions; (b) assistance in certain administrative duties; and (c) the background to exercise independent judgment.
C. Certification, Licensure, Registration:
· May require American Heart Association Heart Saver CPR & AED depending on location.
D. Other Qualifications:
· Basic knowledge of PC operation and keyboarding skills.
· Requires the ability to exercise discretion and judgment in completing work duties, monitor projects and reprioritize schedules as necessary.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Interpersonal skills in frequent interaction with influential internal and external publics in order to provide the required information, determine additional information required, and forward contract or arrange for a response.
