Responsibilities:

Partner and coordinate action with critical functions such as talent acquisition and development, HR practitioners, external organizations to advance representation and inclusion in the organization; (e.g., collaborate with Legal and HR to establish guidelines and policies for various DE&I topics as needed). Secure buy-in and support from different stakeholders across the business.
Perform data analysis – gathering input from multiple sources and generating insights through information and analytics to guide actions; establish processes to monitor progress through measurable goals and produce presentations in partnership with HR Reporting & Analytics.
Create activation toolkits and maintain comprehensive project documentation, produce reports on demand with attention to details.
Develop communication and gather information to create the narrative of DE&I and success stories for internal and external distribution, including internal and external websites, articles, social media postings, newsletters, DE&I annual report. Collaborate with Corporate Communications team
Complete internal surveys requesting inputs from different sources, ensuring data integrity and reliability
Manage Employee Resource Groups (ERG) governance globally, design process, and deploy the tools necessary to implement initiatives and gather inputs. Create a communication cadence with them and collect real-time information and produce reports and presentations.
Organizes webinars and meetings across different locations – including different time zones and manage action items. Maintain MS Teams sites for collaboration with regular updates
Qualifications:
Education: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, human resources management, organizational behavior or closely related field
Evidence of successful program management for a global corporate entity
Experience:
Four (4) to Eight (6) years’ experience
Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective programs and strategies
Skills:
Strong communication and project management skills and experience, including managing multiple internal stakeholders and projects at once.
Ability to motivate and influence leadership, stakeholders, peer groups, and cross-functional teams
Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective programs and strategies
Experience measuring program impact against pre-defined success metrics, and proven ability to employ data-driven decision making.

Salary Range:
$120,000 – $160,000
