As our Human Resources Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team and other teams as assigned. This position is responsible for a multitude of tasks, including assisting hiring and recruitment processes, and coordinating, scheduling and tracking of Agency professional development and training activities. Everyday we’ll rely on you to provide impeccable customer service when working within our Human Resources team, other HOPE employees, and external stakeholders. Essential Job Duties
Prepares, organizes, and maintains data and files including documents, correspondences, class rosters, and schedules, physically and electronically, per departmental and retention requirements.
Completes data entry and quality assurance for assigned documents for internal and external systems, including the human resources, Red Cross, and Mandt systems, in an accurate and thorough manner with minimal errors and within required timelines. Quality assures data entry for accuracy and integrity by self and others.
Communicates with employees, co-workers, supervisors, and administrative assistants when incomplete paperwork is submitted and advises appropriate parties when corrections are needed.
Education and Experience
Associate degree in Business or related field; and
Two years of progressively responsible administrative work experience; or
Equivalent combination of related education and/or work experience. Experience in Human Resources or with an HRIS preferred.
