In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics for our clinical internship program and will provide a variety of human resources support on projects and administrative activities. This position is 8 hours per week and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
Respond in a timely manner to intern inquires.
Collect intern applications and route them to program managers.
Attend internship fairs and recruit interns.
Generate internship offer letters.
Coordinate intern onboarding.
Improve and document intern onboarding and offboarding workflow.
Support policy and procedure updates.
Ensure contracts with universities are up to date.
Support HR team with a variety of administrative tasks.
Project manage the review and update of the Employee Handbook.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Understanding of BBS requirements preferred
Ability to work independently, as well as with co-workers, and to manage time well
Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV record required
Strong computer and system literacy skills required
COVID vaccine required
Wages
Salary: $23.00/hour, 8 hour per week, flexible workweek, and eligible for hybrid work arrangement.
