Seeking candidates to augment staff support in Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority’s (WMATA’s) Bus Transportation Operations (BTRA). The candidate will provide customer service and support human resources in payroll, pre-hire, employee time and attendance and recordkeeping. This support shall include the duties necessary to provide safe and efficient operation of bus services and facilities.

Location and work schedule
The work schedule may be up to 30 hours per week at operating divisions or other sites as needed. Additionally, may be required to work outside regular business hours to accomplish various assignments. Specifically, the normal work hours are expected to be from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, however, the position may occasionally require nights and weekends.
