Work you’ll do:
We are seeking a Compensation Manager to join our Global People team. Global People is responsible for performance management, operations, engagement, talent advisory, leadership assessment, workforce planning, and other strategic projects for approximately 7,000 Global professionals. Reporting to the Total Rewards Executive & PPMD Compensation Director, this position will be responsible for
Design, development, and execution of a comprehensive executive compensation strategy for the organization that advances Deloitte Global People strategies and goals, while enhancing the organization’s ability to attract high performing partners, managing directors and executives and maximize leadership, productivity, engagement, and retention.
Provide guidance to leadership and facilitate the recurring compensation process for US-based partners, managing directors and senior executives in addition to similar high-level professionals that are outside of the US and assigned to Deloitte Global. Key locations outside of the US include the United Kingdom, India, Canada, Netherlands, and Australia.
Lead the annual salary administration and bonus planning process. Develop project plan and calendar and define roles and responsibilities. Ensure online tools are prepared to support the project; prepare comprehensive report of findings and develop executive summary presentation for review with senior management.
Ensure overall compensation is competitive through market analyses, creative use of rewards programs, and a focus on delivering an employer of choice strategy through strategic and operational HR excellence.
Obtain and review benchmark information across the Deloitte network and externally: analyze competitive market data and develop recommendations for updates to job architecture, salary structures and bonus targets as appropriate; propose salary increase budgets.
Provide guidance on pay decisions, policy and guidelines interpretation, and job descriptions specific to compensation-related programs.
Keep apprised of federal, state, and local benefit & compensation laws and regulations.
Lead compensation projects including the design, communication and implementation of new plans and programs.

Required :
Minimum of 5 years of compensation administration and design experience with a focus on executive compensation
Experience operating or consulting in a dynamic / matrixed organization with a global footprint
Executive compensation expertise including job evaluation, market pricing, designing and implementing pay structures, and incentive plan design
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and influence as appropriate; Strong communication skills, including excellent written, verbal and presentation capabilities
Results-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects, be self-confident, self-motivated and highly organized with a strong sense of personal accountability
Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze, synthesize and draw conclusions from data
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree required
