Provides support in the administration of company policies, procedures and programs, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development and employment. Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common health plans requirement documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information before groups of customers or employees of organizations.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply basic mathematical operations, add & subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
