The Role
Monday-Friday, average of 20-30 hours/week.
Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar to maximize efficiency, honor commitments, incorporate new clients, and protect time for creativity and focus.
HR support with projects involving analysis, research, benefits and payroll administration, recordkeeping, compliance.
Assist in developing and executing new client onboarding.
Social media scheduling and creating associated graphics in Canva. Assist with some content development as requested.
CRM and client training portal management.
Developing internal processes aimed at streamlining workflows and maximizing relevant technology.
Identifying and implementing process improvements.
Client appreciation and acknowledgements.

It’s helpful to be familiar with these, but we are willing to develop the ideal candidate in any specialized, client-facing technology: Microsoft Office, Zoom, Canva, Trakstar Hire, Trakstar Perform, Adobe, Gusto, JotForm, Monday.com, Clockify, Calendly, DropBox
