Job Summary
Responsible for the coordination of HR electronic data, database, and electronic files maintenance of associate personnel
records. Requires the consistent and accurate entry of HR electronic data into the Human Resources Information System
and categorizes, indexes, and links relevant HR electronic documents into the correct electronic associate record and file.
Identifies problems with database management policies and procedures and provides input into their revision. Provides
direction or assistance to Managers and HR professionals of information regarding data requirements and status of
documented personnel action.

Minimum Experience Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
2 years HRIS, general HR assistance or related experience
Healthcare HR experience, preferred
Benefit or payroll experience, preferred
Education Requirement
HS GED

Pay Range:
$24.03 – $38.44 / hour
