The HR Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of Opportunity Council’s recruiting program, including activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); communications with hiring managers, supervisors, and candidates; coaching and advising hiring managers and supervisors; and ensuring hiring processes promote diversity, equity, and inclusion values, reduce implicit biases, and comply with employment practices, regulations, and laws. The HR Recruiting Coordinator manages recruitments for new and vacant positions through offer acceptance.
This position is part of Opportunity Council’s Talent Team, which focuses on recruiting, developing, and retaining Opportunity Council’s diverse talent. As needed, the HR Recruiting Coordinator provides primary backup for other positions within the team, as well as for other HR centralized functions.

Working Conditions: Work is generally performed in a fast–paced office environment with frequent interruptions and often crisis situations.
