Our client is currently seeking a HR Generalist II.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Compensation & salary analysis, benefits ? health & wellness, workforce planning
  • Employee Engagement, Recruiting Strategy, Structure and Org Design & Development, Training, Performance Management, People AnalyticS, Coaching & Counseling, Career Management
  • Compliance, Process & Policy Administration, special Projects & HR Platforms and Programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree coupled with a minimum of 2 years? HR generalist experience in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, talent and benefit management.
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a US person under US export laws or, eligible for approval for a U.S. Government export license. A US Person includes a US citizen, lawful Permanent Resident, refugee or asylee.
  • Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace and defense. Prior work in a government contracting environment preferred
  • Experience working in a high-volume work environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, with strong focus on change
