SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of human resources administration of the company: HR policies and procedures, retention strategies and initiatives, recruitment process, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, conflict management, among others. Will support the leadership team needs to contribute in the accomplishment of annual organization objectives.
