Director of Compensation Details:
Direct Hire position
$ 150,000.00 / annually

Location: HYBRID- Needs to be within a drivable distance of local offices: • Grand Rapids, MI • Wauwatosa, WI • Atlanta, GA • Plano, TX
Have responsibility of managing executive grading and offers working closely with TR leader, CHRO and Corporate TR team.
Manage all aspects of Executive data including STI, LTI, Approvals, offers including leading annual processes for executives.
Leads the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
Play a significant role in taking compensation practices to the next level including roadmap and philosophy embedment in the regions
Mentor and train the Compensation team (direct and indirect reports) by, providing project direction, and conducting training on all specialized incentives compensation plans, tools, and change management materials.
Continue to develop and enhance the incentive compensation governance framework to ensure high quality processes are designed and executed, communicated, and aligned with the overall commercial workflow
Partner with Incentive Operations, Commissions, Finance and other teams as needed to ensure data accuracy used to design competitive, effective, and equitable compensation programs
Interface with the Executive Leadership Team on compensation-related initiatives and oversee the delivery of documentation, analysis, and presentations
Serve as a consultant to the Commercial/Sales leadership for any incentive compensation-related questions and concerns
Director of Compensation Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in compensation or related fields Bachelor’s or Advanced
Degree in a HR or Finance or related discipline is desirable
Experience with long lead sales cycle or capital equipment sales is a nice to have
Expert knowledge in territory planning and alignment, sales & marketing, use of analytics tools, performance measures, and budgeting
Track record of leadership success interacting at all levels of a matrix organization, cross-functionally and cross-geography
