The Mission Systems Sector is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist within our Strategy and Programs team at Northrop Grumman. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction on marketing and branding for our Talent Acquisition team and business. This individual will be working in a fast-paced environment supporting our sector and enterprise teams. This position can be fully remote with sporadic travel needed. The preferred candidate will reside on the East Coast.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with TA Strategic Programs Manager and provide strategic marketing direction to our recruiting teams for internal and external marketing
Build strategic campaigns by developing creative and effective social media strategies to drive Mission Systems careers awareness
Develop marketing materials (email, social media, out of home) to raise awareness of available openings, programs, and events.
Create and implement innovative marketing solutions to support our overarching recruitment strategy
Working with various communications team to develop and manage creatives (videos, social media, email outreach, marketing designs, visual, etc.) to achieve our Talent Acquisition goals.
Align with DE&I, Military and Veteran and Referral program areas to support marketing efforts
Coordinate stakeholders across Mission Systems and the Enterprise Communications team to understand the breadth of marketing needs across all divisions.
Write and/or copy/edit the writing of others to ensure our messaging is compelling and consistent.
Participate in special projects or perform other duties as requested.
Measure and manage full-funnel efficiency metrics and reporting to deliver operational excellence and engagement to tell our success story

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of Talent Acquisition Marketing, Communications experience or closely related OR a Master’s degree with 4+ year of related professional experience. An additional four years’ experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
Effective customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Talent Acquisition knowledge with the ability to understand relevant marketing techniques to engage our target candidate profiles.
Experience working with/managing creative designs (to includes video, social media, writing, photos, graphics, etc.).
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability for occasional domestic travel to assist with events and in support of the business.
Preferred Qualifications: .
Active in the social digital arena.
Experience with Workday or a comparable applicant tracking system and M365.
Awareness into up-and-coming tools to help promote recruitment marketing.
Experience leading recruitment marketing projects across multiple channels

Salary Range: $78,500 USD – $117,700 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
