We use the work our clients currently face to teach them how to manage their time and attention, plan and prioritize, and become more organized, all so they gain confidence and become willing to take on ever-greater challenges. Our Corporate Headquarters is in Needham, MA. We employ hundreds of highly-credentialed, part-time coaches nationwide and have a much smaller, full-time staff on the core business team. We currently provide online coaching throughout the United States and around the world.
Job purpose
The primary purpose is to provide the Human Resources and Hiring team with administrative support.
Core responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Assists with recruitment of employees for new positions, including tracking of candidate status and maintaining communication with candidates in HRIS throughout the recruiting process.
Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to staffing changes, which may include onboarding of new hires, resignations, terminations, and leaves of absence.
Process and update employee personnel information as needed; ensuring completion and accuracy of details and that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Supports communication process and customer service functions by answering frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to the Director of Human Resources or appropriate manager.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes is a plus
Proficient with Google Suites
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
3 years of related experience, preferably in human resources, is preferred.
Working desktop/laptop and cellular phone.
Working conditions
This is a part-time remote position, which allows you the flexibility to work from home, Monday-Friday consistently available between 8-5p EDT for up to 10 hrs a week, the hours will vary based on the needs of the company and for additional coverage in seasonal high demand times.
Must have a dedicated workspace and be able to sit/stand for potentially a long period of time in front of a computer monitor/laptop, and frequently use your home or cell phone.
Compensation:
Hourly rate $20-$22 based on experience
