RCC Associates is conducting an exclusive, confidential search for a well established and growing Northeastern gray iron/ductile foundry. The client needs a proven executive to lead its continued success.
Candidates for the President position should have:
- 10-15 years of Foundry experience, having worked in multiple departments.
- 5 or more years of successful senior management experience (e.g. Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President).
- A proven track record of achieving financial objectives and the ability to handle full P&L responsibility.
- The ability to work in a fast paced team environment and be able to adapt to shifting priorities
