Jamestown Painting is searching for an Operations Manager for our growing construction group! This role will be responsible for the oversight and management of the day-to-day field operations, while ensuring the project managers, job costing and ensuring our field employees are aligned with our corporate goals. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.

What You’ll Be Doing
Hire, train, and manage direct reports
Ensure customer expectations are consistently met
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Review and approve expense reports
Handle customers issues and resolve in a timely manner
Work with internal departments to facilitate communication
Promote a safe working environment for all employees
Elevate and encourage direct reports
What You Bring
Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role
Experience in Painting Industry or Construction Industry a Plus
Leadership ability
Excellent communication skills
Stellar organization skills
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Ability to communicate effectively with customer’s, vendors and team members
