About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team and become a key contributor to our continued rapid growth. The position will be located at our new office and warehouse complex located in Branchburg, NJ. The Human Resources Senior Manager will oversee all functions related to human resources within our Top Knobs Division. They will provide a wide range of hands-on human resources support to management and employees. This role will require approximately 25% domestic travel to our Watermark Designs, Water Street Brass, and Atlas Homewares facilities in
New York and California. This role will manage a current team of two professionals and will be tasked with hiring another professional in the first 180 days. This role carries out responsibilities in all aspects of human resources including employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, performance management, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, policy administration, legal compliance, recruiting, and safety. Note that one facility (approximately 100 employees) is covered under a collective bargaining agreement.
