GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Human Resources Director is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management in supporting the mission of Ranger College. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: staffing, employment processing, employee relations and retention, training, records management, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, AA/EEO and employment law compliance.
