Description
Summary: This position partners with management and employees in all phases of human resource activities with an emphasis on leading recruitment and onboarding for the company. This position will have responsibility for leading orientation and managing the event process for any HR sponsored event/activity.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Business Management preferred with 3 or more years of related experience; or five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates: PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Language and Communication Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to interface with all levels of the organization including outside vendors. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Computer Skills
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, and able to create quality documents and proposals for a variety of audiences. Ability to utilize web-based programs for a variety of human resources and payroll specific purposes.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and function independently.
