About the Position:
The Technical Account Manager III (TAM III) is the primary point of contact for our impressive roster of nonprofit clients and is responsible for the coordination of all client requests, scheduling of ongoing deliverables, and management of programming projects. They are dedicated to helping our clients utilize our CRM to its fullest to help them achieve their missions. Client satisfaction is our top priority, and our Account Managers build strong and long-lasting client relationships. This role requires outstanding professionalism, great communication skills and collaboration, and most importantly, an unwavering commitment to helping nonprofits make the world a better place.
