Qualifications & Skills Required:
Baraga Lumber Division Team is growing and looking to add a talented Human Resources Generalist to assist with the hiring process from beginning to end. Responsibilities include attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews and maintaining necessary paperwork. A background in Human Resources and/or recruiting is preferred.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Must be professional and uphold confidentiality with sensitive situations. Ideal candidates will be highly organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines. This position is up to 40 hours a week with a flexible work schedule.
With a growing team, we are looking for someone that is a self-starter and willing to step in to help with other projects as needed.
