The estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $165,000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location)

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, Architectural Specialties (AS), the Human Resources Manager, AS will partner with operations leaders and manufacturing teams by providing HR support and solutions to people and business challenges across multiple California manufacturing facilities. The incumbent will have the responsibility for ensuring compliance with Federal and California State employment law in the areas of workforce management, staffing, employee relations, leaves of absence, benefits administration, compensation planning, etc. This role will drive the execution of HR initiatives and processes that provide for continuous improvement in the HR function at each location plus organizational growth and transformation.

Travel: Moderate;approximately25%. The position will primarily support our Oakland, CA facility in addition to facilities in Lincoln and Gardena, CA.
