We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Compliance Specialist with our Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions business. This is a critical and key member of our North American HR team, responsible for ensuring HR policies, practices and programs meet standards and compliance requirements, and are effectively communicated for our US, Canada, and Caribbean employee population. This is an important position that will influence positive outcomes to maintain employee effectiveness and morale, and mitigate and control legal risk, while enabling the business to move forward.

Compensation The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $87,500 – $104,000
