Rightinfo seeks Risk Strategy Advisors to join our Research and Insights team.
Rightinfo is the new emerging think tank in Singapore. Our mission is to bring intelligence-level insight with strongest possible understanding of region-specific risk and their impact on our client’s operations and strategic decision-making.
We are looking for experienced and innovative researchers and consultants interested in learning about the most pressing current public policy issues and the people and organizations shaping policy decisions.
About The Role:
Risk Strategy Advisors are members of the Research and Insights team. The advisor will work remotely with the project team to deliver actionable understanding and insight for our clients. In this role, advisor will conduct research on the Indo-Pacific region, including Singapore, China, Japan, Taiwan and Vietnam, etc., to understand hot issues such as possible political changes, military conflicts, and trade policy changes in the region. Advisor shall be able to obtain the most authentic information from various sources and analyze international geopolitics, regional security policy from different perspectives simultaneously, to provide insight for helping client to perceive risks in advance.
Responsibilities:
a.dentify and analyze key trends, policies, and strategies on Indo-Pacific region
Conduct research on political and region-specific issues and synthesize research from a number of sources.
b.Leverage existing research and resources to draw key insights aimed at informing broader strategy
c.Prepare written report
d.Researching and writing internal report covering the provided timely topics.
e.Perform quality control including data accuracy, proofreading.
Qualification of the Ideal Candidates:
a.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience
b.Deep understanding of politics and international affair
c.Relevant Work experience with congress, government, military or political think tank
d.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. An interest in intellectually rigorous work focused on the business of Washington government affairs offices
e.A strong writer able to clearly frame issues
f.Veteran or serviceman is a plus
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience. The quality of the report will be the key performance of the payment. The salary for this role is competitive.
Employment Type:
