Purpose of Position:
To provide community-based therapy/treatment for individuals, couples, families, and groups. To provide community-based diagnostic, crisis intervention, consultation, evaluation, coordination, monitoring, follow‑up, mediation, intake, and provide emergency services, and referral services. Provide clinical supervision/clinical collaboration and staff training (per WI DHS Admin Code Chapter 36). Conduct regular CCS staff evaluations. Provide leadership inter‑disciplinary team meetings. Review and provide quality assurance for all CCS staff documents. Attend a variety of job related meetings. Complete all paperwork associated with the job. To accept assignments as deemed necessary. Attend training as provided and which is deemed necessary to provide services. This position is under the direction of the Community Behavioral Health Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related degree (psychology, guidance, and counseling, family therapy). Three thousand (3000) hours of clinical supervision is required and eligible for Wisconsin licensure (e.g. LPC, LMFT, LCSW). Five years of experience providing clinical supervision and consultation to staff. Experience in working with children, adolescent and adult mental health population. Proof of valid driver’s license and access to transportation is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of County Mental Health & AODA service delivery systems Department of Human Services – Wisconsin Administrative Code – Chapters 34, 35, 36, 63, 75, 92, 94 and accompanying Wisconsin ForwardHealth regulations.
This position is a FT 40 hours per week position. Starting Salary $76,502.40- $87,443.20 per year (Depending of qualifications ) plus fringe benefits.
