The Sr Director, Human Resources is the strategic HR Business Partner supporting our Moen Business Unit. This thought partner will provide strategic and comprehensive HR support to the BU President and their key leadership team to deliver on our business strategies and optimize the organization. This role will provide expertise, support and advice on key business decisions and initiatives by establishing credibility, leveraging strong working relationships, and demonstrating business understanding to ensure an effective and collaborative strategic partnership.
Location:This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in ourNorth Olmsted, OH officeto foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.
