Forestar Group is currently looking for a Division President in the Executive Department. The Division President is responsible for all P&L of their Division by leading a team of experienced managers and staff to execute the core business of community development and lot deliveries to homebuilders. The Division President is solely responsible for the leadership and direction of the division while providing measurable growth of value to Forestar Group Inc.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly manages two or more employees in the Executive Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
