Customer Support Specialist Medical Billing & Patient Care ($12.50)

CPAP Centralized Care Team: M-F 8am – 5pm 100% REMOTE Work from Home Day One of employment

VA Support Specialist Team: M-F scheduled shift within 7am – 7pm plus chance to work from home)

Provide support to the customers of the Support Center (patients, referral sources & employees) Tasks related to patient care & 3rd party reimbursement; New order intake to encompass accuracy w/clinical, billing & care related info & processing. 1st line of contact w/new customers.

After Hours Call Center Customer Service Representative – REMOTE ($14.30 Full-Time & Part-Time; M-F 4pm/6:30pm – 9pm/12am & Sat – Sun 6am/12pm – 2pm/10pm) Contact all patients regarding delivery of equipment, take patient orders, verify patient info & place the order in a timely manner. (_100% REMOTE Work from Home Day One of employment)_

Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative ($13.50 M-F 8:30-5pm plus chance to work from home) Tasks related to CPAP resupply; New order intake to encompass accuracy w/product selection & utilization guidelines. Verifies & enters correct patient demographics, payer & physician info. Assists customers w/basic sleep coaching, reinforcement of cleaning & routine equipment maintenance. Product expert on various mask interfaces & assisting w/basic mask fit issues. 1st line of contact for CPAP resupply customers.

Patient Care VA Customer Service Coordinator ($12 M-F scheduled shift within 7am – 7pm plus chance to work from home) Serves the VA Hospitals. Receives, verifies & processes various DME orders, create tickets to our Rotech servicing locations & resolve any issues patients, Rotech locations or VA’s may have.

Patient Care Coordinator Representative ($12 M-F scheduled shift within 6am – 6pm; Possible 4 day work week with 10 hour shifts) Responsible for contacting all patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information and placing the order in a timely manner.

Pay: $12.00 – $15.50 per hour
