BASIC FUNCTION
Oversees the human resource functions of the P.I. Polk County operations. This includes, but is not limited to: recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. Also included are HR tasks related to employee benefits and performance management. Assists Director of HR and management team labor relations issues.
