The Business Analyst III role is within our Employee Process Readiness team within the Service Assurance Tools, Telemetry, Process Training department. Consults with internal customers and external vendors to capture agreed-upon business objectives and processes for training and employee readiness initiatives. Performs research and fact-finding to create requirements for development of end-user training programs, operational procedures, and support.
Communicates these processes and their implications to contributors to ensure that employee readiness activities accurately meet SA users goals. This role creates requirements, collaborating with the SA and LWC teams to ensure activities align with employee readiness strategies. The Business Analyst – SA Employee Readiness ensures strong understanding of SA training needs and priorities.
Assists with prioritization and communication for initiatives and ties ROI to launches. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions Facilitate creation of Business Requirements for employee readiness and training initiatives for SA teams. Review and refine business requirements and use cases to ensure they are clear, concise and to ensure business requirements will be satisfied by the appropriate teams.
Identify project stakeholders, risks, and benefits of alternate designs document assumptions assess project impact of system changes to users, internal and external customers Conduct requirements reviews with project stakeholders and document consumers to ensure completeness and adherence to employee readinesstraining requirements Consult with internal customers, cross-functional team members and external vendors to capture agreed-upon training and employee readiness objectives and processes to define requirements Provide BA support for schedule and coordination of training and employee readiness initiatives Provide status reporting for project progress, issues, dependencies, and risks Manage the prioritization process of the employee readiness and training initiatives. Meet with SA teams regularly to understand all training needs (11, Career Development, IDP, Job Specific Training, New Product, New Employee, etc.) and coordinate delivery of initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 5 or more years of experience in business analyst or related role (i.e. Training, Operations, Technology) Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordination of priorities Ability to work flexible schedule to support the SA team that works 24x7x365 Preferred BSBA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Information Technology, Business, Training, Professional Development, etc.).
