Reports to: Chief Talent Officer
Purpose: The Human Resources Manager will be involved in a broad spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, personnel selection, onboarding, and various retention strategies. This role will also include drafting job descriptions, job postings, benefit and vendor selection and administration, performance management and administration of career tracks, communication and ensuring policy compliance, compensation and market studies, and best practices. This role is also vital in maintaining and fostering our client centric company culture and values every day.
