Nominated Boulder’s 2020 Best Sports Bar, we are seeking an experienced bartender who can offer excellent hospitality to guests, have a solid background knowledge of craft beer, classic cocktails and appreciates the biking culture of Boulder.
The Tune Up is located at 30th and Pearl located in Full Cycle Bikes – yes, a bar in a bike shop!
Bartenders are the personality of the bar. They must be extremely detail oriented, well organized, well versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing excellent communication skills and thriving in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
Selfless hospitality is paramount to providing a remarkable guest experience and creating a positive environment throughout The Tune Up. Candidates should be experts in food and beverage service, passionate about bikes, cool under pressure and adaptable.

- Full-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends)
- 3-5 Years Experience
- Cicerone Certification a plus!
- Team Service Tip Pool Model (we share tips among all hourly employees)
- Estimated hourly wage $13-$15 per hour

About the Company: The Tune Up serves as a compliment to Full Cycle Bikes, Boulder’s oldest bike shop, operating since 1982 and now merged with Colorado Multisport, the country’s premiere triathlon store. The Tune Up is a full service espresso bar, taproom with 16 beers, wines, and kombucha on tap. We are passionate about bikes. Whether our guests are into racing on road or trail, gravel adventuring, bike commuting, enduro, e-biking, The Tune Up offers space for cyclists to start and end their ride or just gather with friends for one of our many events.
