What You’ll Do The HR Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. The ideal team member will: Develop and administer various human resources plan and procedures for all shared services personnel. Plan, organize and control all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow. Establish and maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars. Maintain organizational charts and employee directory.
Responsible for employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and relevant competencies are completed in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws. Ensure compliance with DNV, State and Joint Commission. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Knowledge of HRIS, payroll and Microsoft office preferred 1 – 3 Years of HR business partner or related experience required SHRM – SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR or PHR preferred A strong customer service mindset is essential, as are excellent oral and written communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information and employment matters.
