You will report to the Creative Director of Content & Creative and collaborate with our internal partners in Client Services, Social Media, SEO, Display, and Search to develop dynamic creative solutions that drive business performance for our partners.The Lead Copywriter will develop creative across a wide variety of clients in multiple industries including; CPG, fashion, hospitality, retail, finance, pharmaceuticals, food, and communications. This role partners with Lead Art Directors and Copywriters in maintaining the creative intent and integrity throughout the entire process. From creative strategy, concept, presentation, approval and execution, the Lead Copywriter will have a hand in shaping and delivering inspiring work while being diplomatic and solution oriented with internal partners. The ideal candidate will understand the balance between thoughtful and groundbreaking creative that connects with an audience across all channels.Generate strong strategic concepts with Art Director partner, or sometimes a Motion Designer.Produce presentation decks, scripts, headlines, and supplemental copy.Take work from concept to final execution on time, and on budgetPartner with the Creative & Content team to execute high-quality creative across channelsPresent creative work to clients/team members/internal stakeholdersQualifications3-5 years creative experience on advertising or digital media teamProven working experience as a copywriter.Category experience in CPG, Pharma, and Communications preferred.Know how to execute creative in social media – organic and paid, display and on-siteDemonstrable copy skills with a strong portfolioAbility to incorporate feedback and take/give clear directionExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and impeccable organizational skillsRelentless desire to stay on top of all trends and maintain best practicesExperience in all aspects of production from casting, to scripting, to storyboarding.Ability to work independently, manage multiple work streams, and deliver on tight deadlinesExcellent communicator, must have the ability to articulate your rationale clearlyAdditional InformationEmployees from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds encouraged to apply.
