Job Summary and Mission
This job contributes to CuliNex success by supporting sales development and contracting activities; planning and executing our marketing strategy, programs and tactics in conjunction with our Agency; and supporting the implementation and ongoing use of Hubspot CRM and Marketing Hub, with the Director of Business Development. This role has wide ranging responsibilities across sales and marketing. The Sales & Marketing Manager will serve in a sales capacity to pitch the company, qualify companies and opportunities and scope and contract projects in coordination with other department leaders. In the marketing realm, this individual will work with the Director of Business Development to create marketing communications in partnership with our agency, develop and manage a system for organizing marketing assets, and execute marketing campaigns through Hubspot. Solid experience in the food industry and knowledge of the food product development process a must. The Manager must exhibit CuliNex Core Competencies and adhere to its core values (see exhibits A and B).
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities will include active participation in the sales process from initial discussions through contracting of customized proposals; development of sales systems, procedures and tools; leadership of marketing programs; and representation of CuliNex to the industry that continuously enhances CuliNex’s reputation and credibility.
