Telecom System Engineer:
Our global Hospitality client is looking to bring on a Telecom System Engineer to work on enhancing and maintaining the inbound contact center. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Telecom projects and coding with javascript and python.
*W2 Only (US Citizen or Greencard holder)*
Telecom System Engineer Responsibilities:
- Take request from end users
- Implement and support new solutions
Telecom System Engineer Qualifications:
- 4+ years working in a Call center/Contact Center environment
- 2+ years of experience coding with JavaScript and Python
- 1+ year of working with cloud system/applications (AWS – Amazon Connect) – preferred
- Experience with Confluence and Jira (preferred)
