LSF is seeking a talented Human Resources Manager who would like to work for our non-profit organization. We need individuals such as yourselves to help make an impact in the lives of children’s and families in need!
PURPOSE & IMPACT:
The Human Resources Manager position serves a dual purpose. This position provides direct HR support for the designated Legacy programs and supports the Head Start VP of Human Resources & Org Development in other state-wide HR initiatives.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources, or related field. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
Experience:
Five years of experience in Human Resources administration, with an emphasis on recruitment, staffing and records compliance. Head Start experience is helpful.
Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish or English and other languages present in the local area. Must demonstrate sensitivity to our service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs.
