The Senior Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing generalist support for specific areas of the business including site staff. These responsibilities include policy development, and administration, employee relations, legal & government reporting & compliance. Responsible for executing the Performance Management Process including objective setting, mid-year reviews and annual performance evaluations. Work with organization’s managerial staff to plan for staffing fluctuations, changes in organizational structure and general HR consulting. May include supervisory responsibility for HR administrator and/or HR Generalists.
