Summary
This position is responsible for managing company-wide employee relations function, employee engagement and organizational development programs.
Essential Duties
1. Manage employee relations using best practices, aligning with employment laws and other trusted sources within the HR discipline. Develop metrics, analytics, tracking, and reporting.
2. Develop and cultivate employee engagement programs aligning with culture initiatives, corporate strategy, and our mission, vision, and values. Focus on talent attraction and retention company-wide.
3. Design ,develop and deliver organizational development initiatives to implement change and strengthen professional development company-wide.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in a related field; required. Master’s degree; preferred.
Five (5) years of progressive experience in human resources; preferred.
Five (5) years of people management; preferred.
Certificates, Licenses and/or Registrations
SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP; preferred.
