Overview:
HKS is looking for an experienced, seasoned professional to lead our Life Science Practice in our West Coast Region.
An HKS Regional Practice Leader manages the overall market strategy of the Life Science practice in conjunction with the Sector Leader, Regional Director and with input from the Studio Leaders and Office Directors. Grows and develops HKS’ presence in their respective region and respective practice area; becomes an identifiable leader, both externally and internally, focused on the respective sector. Develops and implements a strategy for expansion of the firm’s respective regional practice portfolio.
A Regional Practice Leader is also responsible for developing and maintaining systems and processes within a specific regional practice to ensure quality and consistency of designs and the integration and leveraging of other HKS resources.
The Practice Leader collaborates to carry out vision for the regional practice through frequent communication with teams and is responsible for supporting Office and Studio Directors so they can implement projects and serve clients with purpose and clarity.
