This position Schedule is:
Friday-Saturday-Sunday-Monday-Tuesday- 8am-5pm
This position will staff for San Diego & Fresno locations so it is in PACIFIC STANDARD TIME
This position will start pert time 32 hours a week and go to full-time after 90 days(probation period) Salary is negotiable with remote work experience and staffing/recruiting experience.
A Better Solution is a Franchise System who does remote hiring and staffing for Caregivers, CNA’s,Director Positions, and Staffing Coordinators, nationwide. We are looking for a qualified staffing/ talent Acquisition specialist with great interviewing, skills to screen Directors, Staffing Coordinators, Check references, Hire and Track CNA’s and Caregivers.
This position will hire caregivers and CNA;’s remotely, setting them up with orientations for different locations, also staffing registry shifts from different systems, speaking clients and caregivers, as well as interfacing with the management VP’s of the franchise system.
This position will work closely with our franchise owners, and Management Team to hire and obtain caregivers and CNA’s / staffing hours/ for services in each location.
Our Must Haves:
- Must Have experience with hiring /recruiting/staffing
- Must be a multi tasker, able to have several agencies being staffed and tracking at the same time.
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be available to “roll out” and teach procedure to many different locations
- Must be able to negotiate rates, for various locations
- Must be professional, with great customer service skills
- Must be adept at excel spreadsheets
- must be information/data driven
This is a key position that may be full or part time, salary is negotiable, and a review conducted after 90 days.
Paid travel twice a year if needed to attend a team meeting.
