Position Objective:
The Human Resources Manager in Duluth is a key role which will have accountability for partnering with the Plant Manager and Management Team in developing strategies and initiatives designed to drive employee recruitment, engagement, retention and development. The HR Manager is relied upon for counsel, leadership, execution and results that support the Duluth operation to meet their strategic, organizational and manufacturing production priorities.
